The Holiday Inn City Centre has announced exciting renovation plans!  Our renovation process will take place in two primary phases, and should be completed in mid-2008. The first phase took place in late 2007 and encompassed the installation of all new Serta pillow-top beds and lush bedding packages that brought our guests to a new level of comfort and luxury. In addition, new guest room carpets have been installed and public-area bathrooms have already been remodeled. Currently we are in our second phase, which includes updating all 319 guest rooms to the most contemporary amenities, including guest bath redesign. New carpet and furniture is soon to e placed throughout common areas, and our banquet facilities are soon to be refreshed. The exterior of our hotel will also receive a facelift in this invigorating second phase. Expect to see an entirely  new look!
